His work is held in Auckland Library as part of George Grey&#8217;s papers. They comprise over 80 pages of text.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In 1851, his work <em>He K\u014drero Patunga Taniwha<\/em> was published. In 1854, they appeared in Grey&#8217;s book, <em>Ng\u0101 Mahinga a ng\u0101 T\u016bpuna<\/em>. They were translated and published again in the book <em>Polynesian Mythology<\/em>, 1855.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Arapine Walker has brought the writing of Wi Maihi Te Rangik\u0101heke from the vaults of the Auckland Library to share with today\u2019s readers. The language is of yesteryear and will suit students of te reo M\u0101ori who are at an advanced level.
